Mel bravely put 6 seemingly ‘perfect’ photos of herself on her blog and dissected them- telling us how her ‘perfectly’ slim body and flawless makeup didn’t accurately reflect what was going on inside her mind and life.

The sculpted abs, the toned arms, the ass that was so lifted it was basically on her back…I would look at these photos and think, “Wow…if I just spent a little more time at the gym each day, I could totally look like this...
